The OACCAC is committed to contributing to the ongoing evolution of the health-care system by supporting the CCACs through their role in health system transformation. With the patients and family at the centre of the home and community sector, CCACs are driven to work together by a shared purpose on common priorities – enabled by outstanding people, partners and technology solutions.

The sharing of information is important to ensure ongoing transparency and accountability to our members and the public. Our Board of Directors establishes the strategic direction for the organization and provides for excellent management, while ensuring program quality and effectiveness and financial viability consistent with our mandate. The governance of the OACCAC includes the establishment of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) compensation framework.
