Who we are

Established in 1998, the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres (OACCAC) is a not-for-profit member and technology shared services organization that supports Ontario's 14 Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) and their health-care system partners in providing high-quality home and community care to people across the province.

With an important role of supporting"" the transformation of Ontario's health-care system, the OACCAC promotes value and efficiency by providing exceptional centralized member and technology shared services, so CCACs can focus on what they do best:  getting people the care they need in their homes and communities.

ABOUT THE OACCAC

The OACCAC provides member and technology shared services for Ontario's 14 CCACs. By fostering strategic partnerships, we promote sustainable, coordinated care for people across the province while continuously delivering high-quality, innovative services and solutions for members and health-care system partners.
